02. Estimates and Proposals

All project estimates and quotes provided through our website, email, or in person are for informational purposes only until confirmed in writing through a signed contract.

  • Estimates may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and design changes.
  • Work will not begin until a contract is signed and any required deposit is received.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing prior to agreement based on scope or timeline changes.

03. Project Scope and Changes

All services are completed as outlined in the final signed contract. Any revisions or additions requested after work begins may affect cost and completion time.

  • Change orders must be approved in writing before additional work is started.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen issues such as weather, material shortages, or structural conditions discovered during the project.

04. Payments and Billing

Payment schedules are outlined in the client’s signed agreement.

  • Late payments may result in paused work until the account is current.
  • Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.
  • Final payment is due upon completion and prior to release of final deliverables or documentation.

05. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations prior to project start may be subject to administrative fees or non-refundable deposits for work already completed (design, permits, materials, etc.).

Once construction has begun, refunds are not issued for services rendered or materials ordered.

06. Warranties and Guarantees

We take pride in the quality of our work. Senior General Construction warrants that all workmanship will meet industry standards and applicable building codes at the time of completion.

Manufacturer warranties apply to specific materials and products used during your project.

07. Liability and Limitations

While every precaution is taken to ensure quality and safety, Senior General Construction is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from misuse, neglect, or alterations made after completion.
  • Delays caused by suppliers, subcontractors, or external factors beyond our control.
